Thank you for your time reading our story. Talking about how Filtrade Trading grew, time files back to the spring 3 years ago.
In March 2018, Winnie and Ruby firstly met at an integrated manufacturing corporation in Guangzhou, China. They were teammates co-working at Sales & Marketing Department. Winnie was responsible for branding and marketing, while Ruby was in charge of sales and supply chain management. Under a clear work system and equipped with high team morale, they always boosted output.
In June 2018, driven by an adventurous personality, Winnie started her entrepreneurial journey to explore more possibilities. But not for long, Winnie had to struggle for other directions since her former partner had no full-time commitment on it which made few positive outcomes. Foggy moments wrapped around her over a year. On a winter morning, some remarkable memories flashed through her mind – the working time with her precious teammate Ruby. They met and decided to team up again.
At the end of 2019, the three co-founders Winnie, Ruby and another partner drafted the business plan. In the meanwhile, they determined sourcing and export as their main business. The team Executive Exports was officially established on January 9th, 2020.
At the beginning of 2020, COVID-19 outbreak swept the globe. They joined the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic by supplying personal protective equipment and medical consumables from China. In this period, they gradually built a trading network of epidemic prevention supplies to support importers in Europe, North America and Middle East with productive solutions.
Under the background of global anti-epidemic, they grasped the opportunities, rapidly located qualified manufacturers, strictly monitored the fulfillment process, minimized the cost of procurement and maximized the profit of customers. In the meantime, their productive sourcing and export services supported their customers to seize the local market and achieve exponential growth in turnover within a quarter.
When the revenues of the team were rising sharply, a crisis of confidence emerged and stopped them from moving forward. The complete cash flow of joint profits was being concealed for over two months. Consequently, their mutual trust was ruined and partnership was dissolved. Executive Exports was officially disbanded on July 12th, 2021.
Even though the former partnership was broken, the business strategy was proved to be viable after continuous practices. The show must go on.
In August 2021, Winnie and Ruby went back to the drawing board and restructured their team.
Filtrade Trading
New team is the beginning of another chapter in our history.
In October 2021, Filtrade Trading (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. 扉邃贸易(广州)有限公司 was born. Soon after, the export license was ready. They got back on track and kicked off a new trading adventure.
Having come through entrepreneurial experience above, Filtrade Trading adheres to the tenet: Partner-centric cooperation on integrity basis. Furthermore, integrity ranks the first in our core values.
Based on the experiences of two co-founders, Filtrade Trading is dedicated to supporting overseas importers on sourcing, factory visit, quality assurance, logistics coordination and etc.
